What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Execute all aspects of sales, market development, and strategic planning for company products
- Engage with healthcare professionals involved in the treatment of renal patients
- Travel daily within assigned territory, covering Washington DC, Northern VA, Richmond, Baltimore, and Western PA/Pittsburgh
- Promote company products to nephrologists, health systems, and dialysis organizations
- Analyze sales performance and adjust business strategies accordingly
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in pharmaceutical sales, preferably in Nephrology, Renal, and/or Dialysis
- Proven track record as a top sales performer
- Strong knowledge of account-based selling techniques
- Experience managing accounts in a complex, competitive marketplace
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in Renal, Dialysis, Nephrology, Specialty pharma, and Rare Disease sales
- Familiarity with Integrated Delivery Network (IDN) systems is highly preferred
