      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage sales of the company’s products within a defined geographic area with a sales budget of $7-$10 million
      - Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager to establish sales goals and strategies to increase market share
      - Develop and maintain relationships with manufacturers' representatives, distributors, and key customers
      - Conduct training and develop demand for the company's products through direct interaction with architects, engineers, and contractors
      - Provide quarterly results and productivity assessments within territories

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or business studies preferred
      - 5+ years of relevant experience in sales of building products required
      - Technical or hands-on background in the residential HVAC field highly desirable
      - Strong leadership, time-management, and organizational skills
      - Must be located in the Greater Boston or New York area

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Proven ability to acquire knowledge quickly in the field
      - Experience utilizing CRM programs for lead generation
      - Competence in using MS Office and ability to learn corporate business systems
      - Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
      - Familiarity with distribution strategies and their practical implementation
