What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Aggressively identify and contact potential clients through telemarketing and door-to-door sales
- Develop and maintain customer relationships through innovative strategies
- Analyze sales performance against strategies and plans to assess effectiveness
- Represent the employer at trade shows, scientific conferences, and meetings
- Prepare periodic sales reports detailing sales volume and potential client base expansion
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BS or BA degree required, preferably in life sciences, business, or marketing
- 2-5 years of experience in life sciences sales
- Ability to travel flexibly for team needs and other sales territories
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills with problem-solving abilities
- Strong work ethic and commitment to integrity
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2-5 years of experience selling into academia, pharmaceutical, and biotech sectors
- 1+ years of lab experience in biomedical research
