What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and manage new wholesale relationships in the assigned territory
- Create sales forecasts and manage daily purchase orders as needed
- Lead potential new customers through coffee tastings and oversee customer training
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure excellent customer service
- Drive the development of a detailed sales plan aligned with the company's sales goals

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience as a sales manager or in an equivalent position
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
- Outstanding communication and people skills
- In-depth knowledge of diverse business functions and principles (e.g., supply chain, finance, customer service)
- Familiarity with MS Office and various business software (e.g., ERP, CRM)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field; MSc/MA will be a plus
- Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
- Knowledge of the industry's legal rules and guidelines
