      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed personal sales targets and corporate objectives
      - Identify and generate new leads through research, networking, and referrals
      - Lead the sales process from initial contract through negotiation and closing
      - Travel extensively within the territory to prospect, build relationships, and conduct sales meetings
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3+ years in a B2B sales environment, preferably in automotive SaaS or hardware sales
      - Automotive experience is required
      - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly and annual sales goals
      - Experience executing a formal sales process from prospecting to closing
      - Familiarity with dealership operations and the automotive technology landscape

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working in startup companies
      - Bachelor's degree preferred
