      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Own the company's KPIs for the region and drive sales growth through effective execution of in-store promotions
      - Build and promote positive relationships with key retail contacts to secure incremental display space
      - Service an assigned account base with consistency, managing approximately 8-12 stops per day
      - Understand customer needs and partner with them to create plans that drive sales growth
      - Maintain product quality and organization while accurately utilizing CRM applications to track daily activities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 1-5 years of experience in the beverage or consumer packaged goods industry
      - Proven sales success track record in various classes of trade, including Grocery, Mass, Natural & Drug
      - Must be able to lift 20lbs continuously and build displays of 100 cases or more
      - Ability to travel overnight as needed for business
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail
