What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Sell the employer's lease-to-own products to small and midsize retail partners to enhance their customer offerings
- Conduct quarterly business reviews with retail partners to demonstrate performance and integration capabilities
- Manage the sales pipeline within the assigned territory and achieve sales goals
- Collaborate with internal teams and retail partners to expand the customer base and meet partner needs
- Train retail partners and resolve compliance cases to ensure adherence to policies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- 3-5 years of experience in retail sales, field sales, or account management
- 3-5 years of experience in cold calling or prospecting for new B2C or B2B clients
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and driving growth
- Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience training others in a sales environment
- Strong work ethic with a high level of initiative and interest in technology
- Ability to create detailed business plans for account growth
- Experience addressing large groups and presenting effectively
- Ability to analyze market data for sales opportunities
