      The Role

      You will lead a team to create a world-class customer experience that drive store performance by executing and elevating the visual brief, and coaching our store team on best practice VM principals

      · Lead and build capability within your teams that enables performance and builds a talent pipeline for future succession

      · Deliver the monthly visual directive, support execute vm event set-ups and new store openings

      · Collaborate and partner across key business functions to problem solve issues and improve experiences for the team and our customer

      · Train and coach store teams to deliver store presentation within the vm framework

      · Assess store needs and use your judgement to make locally-relevant decisions that maximise sales
