What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and develop instructional materials such as e-learning modules, training guides, lesson plans, and assessments
- Conduct needs analysis to identify learning objectives and content requirements
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and stakeholders for content validation and refinement
- Apply instructional design theories to create effective learning experiences
- Manage multiple projects to ensure timely delivery of instructional materials
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in any field or four years of relevant experience in training development/delivery
- Minimum of five years of general work experience, with at least four years in training development/delivery
- Knowledge of instructional design principles and e-learning formats
- Experience with adult learning principles and content authoring tools (e.g., Camtasia, Adobe Suite, Articulate Storyline)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with multimedia development tools such as Snagit and Adobe Creative Cloud
- Strong portfolio showcasing instructional design expertise and creativity
- Ability to provide guidance to junior team members
- Experience administering live, virtual training sessions
- Familiarity with industry trends in instructional design and adult learning
