What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct research on the latest AI technologies and trends to enhance employee productivity and efficiency
- Train AI models using company data, preparing datasets and utilizing AI tools for practical applications
- Collaborate with domain experts to capture requirements and develop AI-driven solutions
- Monitor AI performance and iteratively improve models and workflows for enhanced accuracy and usability
- Participate in workshops, webinars, and training sessions to further develop skills and knowledge
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline
- 1-2 years of experience working with Artificial Intelligence (AI) preferred
- Advanced skills in AI models, particularly in Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and other low-code automation tools
- Excellent communication, research, problem-solving, and time management skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with AI model training and implementation in a business environment
- Familiarity with data preparation and structuring for AI applications
- Participation in relevant AI and machine learning workshops or conferences
