What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and maintain examinations for professional certification, licensing, and education admissions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements for reliable test production
- Support test development, content development, and assessment design teams
- Manage and facilitate in-person and virtual meetings with clients and subject matter experts
- Prepare project plans and technical reports for test development projects
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in education, measurement, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- One to two years of previous experience in the test development industry
- Knowledge of measurement concepts and project management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects under pressure
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience conducting test development workshops in person and via web/teleconferences
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on client relations
- Familiarity with proprietary testing programs and item security practices
