Job Description
- Req#: 33677
- Manage asset orders, as well as coordinate replacement component orders.
- Manage vendors or in-house machinist for rework of all assets and components.
- Manage component and asset updates in company systems.
- Participate and manage product specific training to gain knowledge for additional future technical skills assessment.
- Manage budget and expenditures in conjunction with Engineering.
- Adhere to all HSE and Quality requirements.
- Manage 5S and housekeeping tasks as required by company procedures.
- Manage and coordinate the activities of staff including training, employee development, performance evaluation, hiring decisions, and the establishment of goals and performance objectives
- Manage down tool procedures and processes for all Districts in conjunction with Engineering.
- Notify proper departments of inventory and component adjustments and their effect on production.
- Participate in action plans for new projects as defined by supervisor.
- Perform other work-related tasks as assigned by manager.
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Able to work in a non-air-conditioned environment at times.
- Learn to operate various types of fork lifts and cranes.
- Able to communicate professionally with internal and external customers.
- Establish effective communication with all Managers to accurately maintain inventory and asset whereabouts.

- Must be familiar with MS office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook) and company systems: iFortress, JDE, TAT, TSM, and EDS
