- Employer Sponsored Time: We have a standard work week of 37.5 hours, and Home Forward provides 2.5 hours of paid time for you to use throughout the week to create work-life balance while maintaining pay at a 40 hours a week.

Home Office & Internet Stipends We are a hybrid organization and set-up our folks for success! Each new employee will receive a $250 home office set-up stipend, and $150 annually there-after. Plus, we contribute to your internet expenses too.
- Eight (8) years of increasingly responsible affordable housing asset management experience. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in finance, accounting, real estate, business administration, or related field preferred. A related degree may substitute for work experience requirement.
- Has or is willing to obtain the Certified Housing Asset Manager (CHAM) designation from the Consortium for Housing and Asset Management or similar certification that includes low income housing tax credit compliance certification.

T he individual in this position is expected to engage in the following work-related activities: implement and oversee the agency’s asset management operations plan and make recommendations when needed for process and policy improvement; review monthly reports and fiscal statements for each property, analyze performance against annual operating budget, and other related responsibilities.
This position is represented by AFSCME Local 3135 and will close on Friday, July 18, 2025 at 11:59 p.m.
