What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify and mitigate external theft and fraud trends in specific markets and stores
- Conduct investigations on habitual offenders and high-impact theft incidents using company technology
- Train Store Leaders and Brand Associates on safe practices for handling theft events
- Collaborate with law enforcement to develop comprehensive cases against offenders
- Deliver emergency preparedness and risk analysis to support shortage and safety programs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including negotiation and consensus-building abilities
- Ability to provide leadership in Loss Prevention and drive results through coaching and development
- Time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
- Capability to research processes or transaction flows to identify root causes of errors
- Experience in training and onboarding new employees to create an inclusive work environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in retail loss prevention or related fields
- Familiarity with case management and reporting systems
- Proven track record of successful collaboration with law enforcement agencies
