What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the local point of contact for business partners, vendors, and incident escalation within the IT Field Service team
- Develop action plans and manage projects related to new store openings, remodels, relocations, and special projects
- Troubleshoot issues and system problems independently, ensuring successful resolution
- Analyze user requests to identify areas for operational improvement and development
- Provide written and oral reports, project updates, and maintain procedural documentation as required
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field preferred
- 2-5 years of work experience in a related retail environment
- Experience in project management
- Familiarity with retail technology
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working in asset protection technology
- Knowledge of incident management and service level agreements (SLA)
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical teams
- Experience with hardware and software deployment in a retail setting
- Familiarity with creating and maintaining documentation for technical processes
