Job Description

- Operational Support
- Assist the GM with oversight of all departments including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and breakfast services.
- Act as the Manager on Duty (MOD) in the absence of the GM.
- Ensure all departments are fully staffed and functioning effectively.
- Guest Experience
- Ensure outstanding guest service and address any guest concerns or complaints.
- Monitor guest feedback and implement service improvements.
- Staff Supervision
- Assist in hiring, training, coaching, and evaluating team members.
- Lead by example in customer service, teamwork, and professional conduct.
- Administrative & Financial
- Support financial goals by managing expenses, payroll, and revenue reporting.
- Oversee daily cash handling and front desk procedures.
- Ensure adherence to Hilton brand policies, safety regulations, and local laws.
- Sales & Marketing
- Support local marketing and sales initiatives.
- Assist in maintaining corporate and group client relationships.
- 2+ years of hotel management or supervisory experience (Hilton brand experience preferred).
- Strong communication and team leadership abilities.
- Experience with hotel PMS (OnQ experience a plus).
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
