Job Description
- Req#: R0017445
- Process all certificates, cancellations, non-pay notices, recommendations, scheduled, loss run request, endorsement changes, issuance of ID cards, and change requests for the Commercial Lines assigned A/E in the unit.
- Provide daily technical support in accordance with company operation procedures.
- Check and mail renewal and new business policies
- Process Certificates as required by client
- Process change requests/cancellations from various Mail/Email recommendation to clients with follow up as required until recommendations are complied
- Assist with maintaining expiration reports
- Proficiency in accessing all company systems/websites to obtain all necessary information in the processing procedures
- Send letters to clients confirming specific policy activity
- Perform other miscellaneous duties and projects as assigned
- 2 years related experience
- High School Diploma
- Typing skills (35 wpm)
- Computer proficiency including word processing helpful
- Ability to use office equipment; fax, copy, calculator
- Courteous and resourceful
- Good spelling and language skills
- Good telephone skills
- Ability to work within designated time frames to meet deadlines

The expected pay range for this position is $26.75 to $39.57 an hour and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience, and work location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope, and level.
