What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to Producers by managing existing accounts and seeking new business
- Create marketing submissions and collaborate with various carriers to obtain quotes
- Manage the renewal process for expiring policies and ensure accuracy in policy documentation
- Analyze certificate requests and ensure compliance with insurance requirements
- Participate in client meetings and assist with the claims process as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of two (2) years of related work experience
- Valid insurance license and adherence to Continuing Education requirements for license renewal
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
