      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist and advise the Director of the Bureau of State and Authority Finance on various operational activities
      - Manage operations related to the issuance of state bonds and notes, including General Obligation debt
      - Oversee and implement special projects and strategic initiatives with potential economic impact
      - Coordinate activities with various divisions within the Treasury and state agencies
      - Ensure compliance with regulations related to bond issuance and fiscal operations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in any major
      - Minimum of four years of professional experience, including two years at the experienced (P11) level or one year at the advanced (12) level
      - Must be able to work onsite in Michigan on designated days
      - Strong understanding of bond issuance and debt management practices
      - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with municipal bonds, notes, or loans
      - Familiarity with the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board (MSRB) rules and guidance
      - Previous involvement in the preparation of financial information for credit rating agencies
      - Knowledge of disclosure filings related to municipal bonds
      - Experience reviewing bond documents, legislation, or regulations
