What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Draft and submit Rate, Rule, and Form filings for all states and Property & Casualty lines of business
- Assist with tracking and managing state filing objections and respond to them in a timely manner
- Conduct targeted research using public and proprietary insurance resources to support client projects
- Collect, organize, and synthesize data for client-facing reports and internal strategic projects
- Support the creation of professional draft documents, presentations, and client deliverables
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-2 years of progressive rate, rule, and form filing experience in Property and Casualty insurance, preferably Commercial Lines
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree (or in progress) preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks independently
- Exceptional attention to detail, particularly in data entry and quality checks
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with converting PDF files to Word and Excel
- Strong aptitude for collecting, organizing, and reviewing data for accuracy
- Demonstrated ability to perform thorough and accurate research utilizing online databases and industry-specific publications
- Adaptability and eagerness to learn about new processes and regulatory changes
