      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide legal advice and representation to state agencies in bankruptcy and collections matters
      - Conduct legal research and draft legal documents including pleadings and motions
      - Manage discovery processes and respond to legal inquiries
      - Appear in federal and state courts on behalf of the state's taxing agencies
      - Collaborate with team members to support the mission of the Bankruptcy and Collections Unit

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school or completion of the WSBA's Rule 6 Law Clerk Program
      - Licensed to practice law in Washington State or actively pursuing admission
      - Knowledge of bankruptcy and collections laws and procedures
      - Experience in motions practice and presenting oral arguments in court
      - Strong writing, communication, and interpersonal skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with receiverships, garnishments, and federal/state court practice
      - Demonstrated commitment to public service and ethical legal practice
      - Experience working in a collaborative and diverse environment
