      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead investigations and manage all aspects of civil litigation related to consumer protection issues
      - Collaborate with teams of attorneys to support one another in legal cases
      - Provide mentorship and guidance to newer attorneys and staff
      - Advise the Attorney General's leadership on consumer protection matters
      - Engage in high-profile litigation involving various consumer protection laws

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school and excellent academic credentials
      - Active member in good standing of the Washington State Bar Association
      - Minimum of three years of litigation experience, including discovery and dispositive motions
      - Strong writing, advocacy, and interpersonal skills
      - Ability to manage a large caseload and adapt to changing priorities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in handling consumer protection cases
      - Background in complex litigation
      - Experience in personal injury, insurance defense, commercial, or employment litigation
      - Familiarity with healthcare, privacy, technology, finance, or non-profit work
      - Commitment to serving traditionally marginalized communities
