      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Handle all stages of juvenile dependency or termination cases, including mediation, settlement, and trial
      - Conduct motions practice in dependency review status cases
      - Provide case-specific client advice and civil litigation discovery
      - Appear frequently in court and lead trials within months of starting
      - Cover juvenile court calendars as attorney of the day

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be a licensed attorney in Washington State or have completed the WSBA's Rule 6 Law Clerk Program
      - Strong writing and oral advocacy skills
      - Excellent organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
      - Effective interpersonal and communication skills, with respect for diverse backgrounds
      - Litigation or courtroom experience is a plus

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Demonstrated commitment to public service through background or experiences
      - Experience in juvenile law or child welfare cases
      - Familiarity with legal research and writing
      - Ability to navigate complex legal concepts and trial procedures
      - Multilingual abilities are a plus
