What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist members with account management, including opening and closing accounts, and addressing inquiries regarding products and services
- Provide on-the-spot coaching to team members to enhance development and maintain high service standards
- Process member financial transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments
- Ensure the branch meets organizational and financial goals while providing excellent member service
- Lead team meetings to discuss performance and foster a relationship-driven approach
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of one year of relevant experience in a similar role
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain diplomacy
- Excellent public relations skills and knowledge of Credit Union services and products
- Organizational skills for accurate information management and professionalism in communication
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a customer service or banking environment
- Familiarity with financial products and services offered by credit unions
- Proven ability to motivate and influence others in a team setting
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle sensitive information
