What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage day-to-day social media, including LinkedIn setup, posting, engagement, and content calendar management
- Support tradeshows and conferences, including logistics, materials, and onsite coordination
- Assist with production and vendor coordination to ensure timely delivery of creative assets
- Maintain organized content libraries and ensure new assets are easily accessible
- Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, strategy, and operations teams to keep projects on track
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 2-4 years of marketing, communications, or brand experience
- Experience managing social media channels and developing content calendars
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and comfort working in fast-paced, collaborative teams
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
- Event or tradeshow experience
- Comfort with AI-powered productivity tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva Magic, or similar)
- Project management experience
