      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the IP attorney for the Dental business, providing strategic counsel and expertise to leadership
      - Proactively advise business leaders on global IP issues to support business priorities
      - Manage the global IP portfolio and oversee IP disputes to align with business goals
      - Draft and negotiate IP-centric agreements to facilitate business operations
      - Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and conduct regular IP training

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Undergraduate STEM degree, Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school, and licensure to practice law in at least one state and before the USPTO
      - Minimum of twelve (12) years of experience in intellectual property law, including five (5) years at a large multinational company
      - Deep experience in US and international IP litigation
      - Strong attention to detail, organization, and prioritization skills
      - Clear verbal and written communication skills tailored to diverse audiences
