      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist the Clinical Research Manager with oversight of clinical trial portfolios and compliance requirements
      - Support study start-up, active, and close-out activities for clinical trials
      - Monitor subject enrollment and follow-up care processes for protocol patients
      - Ensure compliance with essential documents and regulatory requirements across the portfolio
      - Assist with data management and reporting to key stakeholders

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree required
      - Minimum of 3 years of related experience preferred
      - Ability to function independently and demonstrate critical thinking and professional judgment
      - Understanding of clinical trials, local policy, and federal regulations
      - Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in protocol development, data compilation, and analysis
      - Knowledge of cancer treatment modalities and the clinical trial process
      - Familiarity with various tracking systems for data management
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office
