      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage and improve accounting processes to ensure financial integrity
      - Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support fundraising and program initiatives

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
      - Minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting experience
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
      - Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in non-profit financial management
      - Familiarity with fundraising and grant management processes
      - CPA certification or working towards it
      - Knowledge of financial regulations specific to non-profit organizations
