      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee the Corporate Accounting Team consisting of approximately 3 managers and 9 staff/seniors
      - Manage the month-end and year-end close processes to ensure timely financial reporting
      - Conduct variance analysis between actuals, forecasts, and budgets to support decision-making
      - Review monthly financial statements prepared in accordance with GAAP
      - Monitor cash flow and forecasting activities while supporting treasury initiatives

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - A Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting (CPA strongly preferred, but not required)
      - 5-7 years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role
      - Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and proficiency with MS Office (especially Excel)
      - Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment
      - Collaborative spirit with clear communication skills and a commitment to continuous growth and accuracy

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Deltek Costpoint, foreign currencies, or international accounting is a plus
