      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead a team of bookkeepers and accountants to deliver accurate financial packages for 10-15 clients each month
      - Conduct daily huddles to answer team questions, provide status updates, and communicate priorities
      - Develop and train team members to improve their skills and performance
      - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to support their business objectives
      - Communicate the company's vision and how the team's work aligns with organizational goals

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 8+ years of accounting experience with a Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field
      - Prior management experience with successful outcomes in leading teams
      - Proficiency in accrual accounting practices and the ability to explain them to others
      - Experience using QuickBooks Online
      - Must reside in a state where the employer is established (Texas, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Missouri, Kansas, Minnesota)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in construction accounting and WIP reporting
      - Professional designation such as CMA or CPA
      - Experience working with multiple clients
