      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead a distributed team of bookkeepers and accountants to deliver accurate financial packages for 10-15 clients monthly
      - Conduct daily team huddles to address questions, provide status updates, and communicate priorities
      - Develop and train team members to enhance their skills and improve performance
      - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to support their business goals
      - Communicate the company vision and how the team’s work aligns with organizational direction

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 8 years of accounting experience with a Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field
      - Proven management experience with a successful track record
      - Proficiency in accrual accounting and the ability to explain concepts to others
      - Experience using QuickBooks Online is a must
      - Must reside in a state where the employer is established (Texas, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Missouri, Kansas, Minnesota)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the construction industry and familiarity with Work in Progress (WIP) reporting
      - Professional designation such as CMA or CPA
      - Background in managing multiple clients simultaneously
