      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management with 7-10 years of HR experience.
      - Strong communication, leadership, supervisory, and collaborative skills.
      - Proven ability to work independently or collaboratively in a team-based environment.
      - Strong analytical skills and a commitment to ethical workplace practices.
      - PHR or SPHR certification required, or ability to obtain within two years of appointment.

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master's degree in human resources management, organizational development or a related field preferred.
      - Experience in the field of higher education desirable.
