      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage and oversee assigned recruitment projects and project-based teams
      - Lead recruitment and application review for designated domestic and/or international territories
      - Conduct information sessions and support tours for prospective applicants and families
      - Develop and implement annual recruitment strategies for targeted student populations
      - Build and maintain relationships with faculty, counselors, and university administrators

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree
      - Minimum of five years of related experience
      - Ability to travel domestically and occasionally internationally
      - Availability for evening and weekend work as needed
      - Knowledge of standard office software applications, including Microsoft Word and Excel

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master's degree
      - Experience with international applicants and understanding of visa processes
      - Familiarity with international credential evaluation services and English proficiency testing
      - Previous experience recruiting outside the United States
      - Knowledge of Slate or comparable student information systems
