      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide individualized career coaching to students focused on creative careers
      - Advise students on career decision-making, resume writing, interviewing, and networking
      - Collaborate on major departmental programming, including Career Fairs and discipline-specific events
      - Develop and maintain digital content to support career development for students
      - Assist in planning and coordinating immersive events within the creative careers field

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Advanced degree in Higher Education, Student Personnel, Counseling, or a related field
      - Several years of professional experience on a careers team in a college or university setting (typically, 1-3 years)
      - Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
      - Demonstrated public relations and marketing abilities
      - Experience with project and event management (typically, 2+ years)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master's degree in Student Personnel, Higher Education, or a related field
      - Experience leading career-related programming and professional development
      - Previous experience working in a centralized career services model
      - Familiarity with career services management platforms and tools
      - Knowledge of creative career areas, such as marketing, media, and arts administration
