What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and inspire a team of Payroll Analysts for daily payroll operations across multiple countries
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll transactions in collaboration with internal teams and external partners
- Conduct regular audits and reconciliations of payroll data, including personnel, benefits, wages, and taxes
- Partner with HR and other departments to gather critical data for payroll processing
- Identify process improvement opportunities and lead initiatives for payroll automation
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 7+ years of hands-on payroll experience with expertise in managing complex payroll operations
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire and guide teams
- Strong knowledge of payroll tax laws, labor compliance, and statutory regulations in the Americas
- Experience using global payroll platforms and integrating with HRIS/ERP tools like Workday, SAP, or Oracle
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) or equivalent regional certification
- Multi-country payroll expertise in the Americas, particularly in the U.S., Mexico, and Chile
- Bonus points for proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese
