      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract a diverse and talented student body
      - Serve as the primary recruiter for the Philadelphia region and surrounding areas
      - Review and evaluate student applications and participate in admission committee meetings
      - Provide guidance and support to prospective students and their families throughout the admission process
      - Track and analyze recruitment data to assess the effectiveness of admission strategies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be familiar with Quaker education through personal experience or attendance at a Quaker institution
      - Reside in the Philadelphia region or be willing to relocate temporarily for recruitment purposes
      - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with prospective students and families
      - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for application review and data analysis
      - Ability to work collaboratively with the admission team and other departments

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in recruitment or admissions within a higher education setting
      - Familiarity with the Philadelphia region and its high schools
      - Knowledge of financial aid options and scholarship opportunities
