      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Ensure adherence to state and federal curricular mandates and communicate requirements to leadership
      - Oversee the development of high-quality course offerings across content areas and grade levels
      - Conduct audits of the curriculum and make recommendations for improvement based on findings
      - Design and lead school improvement efforts related to curriculum enhancement
      - Identify professional development needs for staff and opportunities for curriculum improvement

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
      - Ability to prioritize and manage competing priorities and deadlines
      - Technical expertise in curriculum design and quality assessment
      - Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage change processes
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master's degree in Education or a related field
      - Certification in Curriculum and Instruction (PK-12) or another academic area
      - Advanced training or certification in curriculum development and supervision
