      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and implement data-driven recruitment strategies for graduate programs
      - Oversee the end-to-end application review process, ensuring compliance and timely decisions
      - Establish and grow partnerships with industry associations and corporate clients
      - Mentor and supervise an Admissions Counselor to enhance outreach and customer service
      - Manage the recruitment and training of student ambassadors to improve prospective-student engagement

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
      - A minimum of 3 years of progressive responsibility in business development or a related field
      - At least 1 year of demonstrated experience supervising staff
      - Proven ability to cultivate and sustain partnerships and relationships
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with public speaking capabilities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master’s degree in a related field
      - 5+ years of experience in marketing, recruitment, admissions, or business development in higher education
      - Experience negotiating and managing partnerships with industry associations
      - Background in budget planning and resource allocation for recruitment initiatives
      - Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and data analysis for strategy development
