      **What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):**
      - Provide information and counsel to prospective and current graduate students regarding financial aid
      - Manage all aspects of a graduate student caseload including application processing, verification, and awarding
      - Ensure compliance with federal, state, and institutional regulations related to financial aid
      - Assist the Director of Graduate Financial Aid with communication management and report creation
      - Manage special projects related to financial aid administration and student recruitment

      **What is Required (Qualifications):**
      - Bachelor's degree
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial aid or closely related fields such as higher education administration or career counseling
      - Strong knowledge of Title IV rules and regulations concerning Federal Student Financial Aid
      - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
      - Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively

      **How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):**
      - Experience with financial aid management systems such as Colleague, Workday, or PowerFaids
      - Background in student affairs support services or admissions
      - Familiarity with the Family Education Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA)
