      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with Service Line Medical Directors and leadership to drive strategic initiatives
      - Oversee nursing and allied health functions across various care settings
      - Manage staffing patterns to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and efficient operations
      - Lead quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and nursing practice
      - Foster interdisciplinary collaboration and promote a culture of innovation within the organization

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program with a Bachelor's in Nursing or plans to complete in three (3) years, or a Master's in Nursing
      - Valid RN License
      - Ten (10) years of Registered Nursing experience, with five (5) years in a supervisory role
      - National Nursing Certification required within one (1) year of hire
      - Knowledge of the Nurse Practice Act and healthcare regulations

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master's in Nursing
      - Experience in Ambulatory Nursing
      - Additional National Nursing Certification
