      Job Summary

      Help shape the future of student success! Springs Charter Schools is seeking an experienced educational leader to serve as our Assistant Director of Postsecondary Pathways. In this key leadership role, you'll help ensure every student has access to meaningful college and career opportunities by leading districtwide initiatives focused on College & Career Indicator (CCI) readiness, career pathways, dual enrollment, and postsecondary planning.

As the Assistant Director of Postsecondary Pathways, you will provide strategic leadership in developing and strengthening districtwide systems that prepare students for college, careers, and beyond.

      Working closely with the Director of High School Programs, school administrators, counselors, and instructional leaders, you will oversee initiatives that ensure students have access to rigorous academic pathways and meaningful career preparation opportunities. This includes leading efforts related to College & Career Indicator (CCI) readiness, master scheduling, four-year student planning, Career Technical Education (CTE) pathways, A-G completion, dual enrollment, work-based learning, and other programs that expand postsecondary opportunities.

      This position also supervises the College, Career, & Grant Coordinator while fostering partnerships with colleges, universities, employers, and community organizations to strengthen opportunities for students. The ideal candidate is a collaborative, strategic leader who enjoys building systems, using data to drive continuous improvement, and helping schools create equitable opportunities for all learners.
