      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support the Director of Special Education in managing the IEP and 504 processes, ensuring compliance with special education laws
      - Collaborate with school staff to ensure state testing accommodations are provided for students with IEPs, 504s, and English Learners
      - Supervise and evaluate a team of special population teachers
      - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for students with special needs
      - Conduct IEP team meetings and oversee Child Find referrals and evaluations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Master's Degree in Special Education or a related field
      - Arkansas Special Education teacher certificate required
      - Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in Special Education
      - Demonstrated expertise in special education law and compliance
      - Excellent communication skills, both oral and written

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Administrative certificate preferred (in-process candidates will be considered)
      - Minimum of three years of administrative or team leadership experience preferred
      - Experience leading or supporting a Special Education program
