What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Schedule and deliver professional development courses and certificates for adult learners each semester
- Manage inquiries from prospective and current students as well as alumni through various channels
- Oversee the portfolio of programs to ensure successful delivery and high student satisfaction
- Monitor student enrollment processes and ensure proper registration and access to college systems
- Collaborate with internal and external marketing professionals to promote programs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a field related to the position, such as education, communications, marketing, or business administration
- 3-5 years of experience in a higher education environment, especially with non-credit or continuing education programs
- Strong organizational, detail, and time management skills
- Experience with student information system software and familiarity with CRM platforms
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with adult learner audiences in professional development settings
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
- Prior involvement in marketing discussions or initiatives related to educational programs
