      Position Summary

      The District Attorney's Office is recruiting to fill two Assistant District Attorney (ADA) positions, 1 full-time position and 1 part-time (.50 FTE) position in the Oconto County District Attorney's Office, located in Oconto, WI. These are State positions in the unclassified service.

      These positions may have opportunities for hybrid/remote work for a portion of the work schedule. Additional time in the office may be required depending on operational needs. This topic and any remote work flexibility will be discussed in more detail during the interview process.

      Salary Information

      The starting hourly rate will be $38.59 per hour.

      Job Details

      Attorneys who are currently employed by the State of Wisconsin are invited to apply and may be able to transfer at their current pay rate. Attorneys who have left the position of Wisconsin elected District Attorney or Assistant District Attorney within the last five years may be able to be hired at a wage rate above the minimum.

      Qualifications

      Only attorneys who have been admitted to practice law in the State of Wisconsin may be hired.
