      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Review, negotiate, draft, and advise on various business contracts for the employer
      - Ensure business contracts comply with policies, ethical standards, and regulatory concerns
      - Investigate and implement improvements to the business contract review process
      - Respond to subpoenas and manage data preservation and collection protocols
      - Conduct legal research and provide support on various legal matters as assigned

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a U.S. accredited law school
      - Admission to practice law and in good standing in one or more states
      - Minimum of 5 years of broad commercial transaction experience, preferably as in-house counsel or at a large law firm
      - Strong oral and written communication skills
      - Ability to build collaborative relationships

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in insurance surety concepts and construction consulting
      - Knowledge of key laws and industry practices applicable to business contracts
      - Proficiency with document review and contract workflow databases
      - Familiarity with data privacy regulations and principles
      - Demonstrated commitment to meeting deadlines and flexibility with scheduling
