What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-4 years of retail management experience
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
- Ability to lead and inspire others through coaching and mentoring
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, evenings, and weekends
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of the retail environment and ability to evolve store strategies to meet goals
- Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Experience in retail sales and customer service
