PURPOSE
Provides professional level HR support to the NAM HR4HR team in the areas of employee engagement, employee relations, performance management and maintenance of employee records, systems and projects. Contributes to the NAM HR team by assisting with the implementation of HR strategies that will help elevate HR/Operational effectiveness.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Partners closely with HR4HR leader to ensure HR programs are implemented and supported thoughtfully and in accordance with adidas policy.
• Supports the implementation of organization design initiatives through the review and redesign of job descriptions, org structure alignment, employee communication and change management.
• Coaches and counsels employees to help them navigate job issues, career development and answers general questions regarding HR programs and policies.
• Participates as team member on multi-disciplinary projects that utilize various parts of the HR organization including Global HR, Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, Development and Training to achieve the project’s objectives.
• Partners with recruitment and hiring teams to make sound hiring decisions, gives guidance and expertise as needed, particularly around compensation. Confirms all positions have been appropriately evaluated and are consistent with similar positions in other regions and LOBs.
• Provides general administrative and operational HR support including, but not limited to: performance review process/review tool support, job posting, Temporary Assignment process, offer letters, ER/investigation support, data expertise and ad hoc reporting.
• Manages in-bound and out-bound employee transfers in alignment with Global CBE policy. Facilitates the negotiation and preparation of expatriate contract and salary calculation, as well as the relocation process.
• Works closely with HR Services and Controlling to confirm SAP is up to date regarding employee personnel data and organizational structure changes.
• Handles sensitive matters with a solid understanding of company policy and practice, ensuring actions limit potential liability.KEY RELATIONSHIPS

• Ability to juggle conflicting deadlines and ensure on-time, quality completion of goals/projects.REQUISITE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
• Four-year college or university degree
• Minimum of 2 years HR generalist/specialist or related experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be substituted for degree.
