      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Build product strategy and drive pricing and non-pricing decisions for profitable growth
      - Manage state(s) to meet profitability targets and develop strategies related to price, product, and underwriting
      - Collaborate with subject matter experts to implement changes that enhance customer experience
      - Conduct competitive research to develop opportunity and threat assessments
      - Manage rate filings and ensure compliance with laws and regulations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in the P&C insurance industry with a solid understanding of the current environment
      - Prior experience in pricing and/or product analysis or product management
      - Bachelor's degree with a relevant academic background
      - Strong analytical abilities with a solid understanding of pricing techniques and insurance operations
      - Excellent planning, organizational, decision-making, and communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master’s degree in business or a related field
      - Industry designations such as FCAS, ACAS, or CPCU
      - High level of knowledge of data sources, tools, and modeling techniques
