What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee multiple maintenance locations, ensuring high standards of operational efficiency
- Manage a team of 20-35+ employees, providing leadership and support
- Conduct regular facility inspections to identify and resolve maintenance issues
- Evaluate, prioritize, and delegate work orders for preventive and corrective maintenance
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and facilitate safety training and audits
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4-year degree or 5 years of leadership experience in maintenance
- Minimum of 3 years in a leadership role managing maintenance teams
- Experience with conveyor systems and robotic maintenance management preferred
- Multi-site experience is a must
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including on-call duties as needed

- Familiarity with data analysis and performance metrics in maintenance settings
