What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive store sales and deliver results through a customer-centric mindset
- Recruit, hire, and develop highly productive Brand Associate and Expert teams
- Own assigned area of responsibility and implement action plans to maximize efficiencies
- Perform Service Leader duties and ensure consistent execution of standard operating procedures
- Represent the brand and promote community involvement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-3 years of retail management experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with customers and team members
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and driven by metrics to meet business goals
- Agreeable to work a flexible schedule, including holiday, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience utilizing retail technology
- Ability to maneuver around the sales floor, stockroom, and office, and lift up to 30 pounds
- Willingness to travel as required
